1. Reservations
A reservation can be made by phone or via e-mail. A reservation is final when it is received by us (Camping Pian d'Amora). You will receive, as soon as possible, and at all times, a booking confirmation by e-mail.

It's possible to get an option.

Before the completion of the agreement can be made, we need some additional information about yourself and any other passenger (s). Eg. names, ages, address, telephone number and email address. If you have made a reservation for a tentspot, we would like to know the size of your tent and we must know whether you wish to use electricity.

The person who/on behalf of/ or for another closes a contractual agreement, is liable for all obligations arising from the agreement. The (other) passenger (s) is (are) responsible for his (their) own part. 

Obvious errors and mistakes in publications do not bind camping and B&B Pian d'Amora.

2. Fare
The prices published on the website www.campingpiandamora.nl do apply.

3. Payment
At the completion of the agreement an amount (deposit) has to be paid equal to 30% of the total amount. This payment has to be in our possession within 14 days after the posting date. Payment options are listed in the confirmation of the reservation. If the deposit is not made, the contract will be cancelled. This cancellation will be charged.

The remainder of the payment has to be done at the last day of your stay at Camping or B&B Pian d'Amora. By leaving earlier than booked, one is the fare for the entire reserved period of time.

4. Travel documents
The booking confirmation will be provided electronically to you. This booking confirmation should be shown on arrival.

5. Changes and Cancellations
For changes and cancellations, the following conditions and charges do apply:

Modification:
Changes like the number of persons, additional reserve up business, etc. will be taken care of without charging additional costs.

Cancellation: 
A cancellation of 30% of the fare (= deposit) will be charged.
A cancellation by the traveler must always be in writing, to be send to the following address: Camping Pian d'Amora, Via del Crocifisso 1, 55025, Coreglia Antelminelli (LU), Italia.

6. Arrivals and departures
On the day of arrival from 12 am you can use the reserved tentspot. B&B rooms can be used from 4 pm. On the day of departure, both tentspots and B&B rooms has to be left before 11 am.

Opening hours Reception
Please note that on your arrival, the reception is closed between 12 am and 4 pm. In principle there is no check-in between 12 am and 4 pm.

Check-In
At check-in,  you have to complete a check-in form and a copy of the travel and / or identity documents of all travelers will be made.

Admission
In principle, your tentspot will be assigned by the camp staff. It might be possible to find yourself another available tentspot on the day of arrival in cooperation with the Management op Camping Pian d'Amora.

7. Campsite Rules
You are expected to comply with the campsite rules. You can find these at the reception and on the bulletin board near the dishwashing facilities. We invite you to take note of the camping rules.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed in consultation with the reception. Dogs must be leashed at all times and should not obtain any inconvenience. Take note that dogs should be released outside the campsite. You are responsible for removing any excrement.

Barbecue
Bearing in mind the obvious security measures (bucket of water nearby, etc.) you may use a charcoal grill. Open fires are strictly prohibited.

Noise
From 10 pm, everyone is asked to respect the peace.

Traffic
Between 8 pm and 8 am, all traffic on the campsite is prohibited. Please note that camping Pian d'Amora is located on some rustic terraces. The road is passable in a family car, however not all tentspots can be reached by car.

Visitors
Visits are allowed on the campsite when registered at the reception.

8. Liability
Your stay at Camping Pian d'Amora, and the use of the available facilities at the campsite, is at your own risk. In that respect, it's prohibited for children to use the swimming pool without supervision of a parent.

9. Complaints
If you finds imperfections during your stay, it will be appreciated if you mention it directly at the camping personnel.
